Digital delivery
The current catalog contains digital field resources, not physical goods. There is no shipment, tracking number, or shipping charge. Access details are provided through the purchase confirmation after checkout.
Download support
If your confirmation or access details do not arrive, first check your spam or promotions folder. Then email team@outdoorsman-united.madethis.app with the purchase email and item name so we can help locate the purchase.
Refund requests
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are considered case by case. If the file is unavailable, materially defective, or you were charged in error, contact support promptly with the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue.
Future physical products
Physical products are not currently offered. Shipping and physical-return terms will be published and updated before physical products become available.
Before you buy
Review the product title and description before completing checkout. Hosted checkout handles payment securely; never send payment-card details to support.
